God birthed the calling of speaking in me during my season of MOPS. I’m far from that season now, but I love – love – love spending time with moms to come alongside and encourage and remind them they are not alone.
Talks designed especially for moms…
Loving Loud
In this talk especially designed for moms, join Deb as she walks through creative, yet practical ways to love loud in this season of mothering, relationships, and friendships. We don’t have to love perfectly, but we can love deeply…from the heart (1 Peter 4:8).
Brave As A Mom Can Be
Fear comes in all shapes and sizes. It may look different for each of us, but one thing is the same…fear, when left unchecked, can paralyze us and keep us stuck. Our role as Mom is not exempt from fear. Deb Brown, a self-proclaimed recovering fear girl, wants you to know there is hope and life and faith beyond every fear. She invites you to join her journey in becoming Brave As A Mom Can Be. Deb will:
• Help you understand the fear cycle and why we often get stuck there in our parenting
• Equip you with practical ways to get of that fear cycle and start living bravely
• Encourage you to choose freedom-living faith every day
You Got to Have Friends
Friends come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and personalities, just like gardens! How does your friendship garden grow? From daisies to roses to lilies we’ll take a stroll through Deb’s Garden of Friends and learn how weeding, pruning, nourishing, and watering are all needed to grow much needed friends. The fruit of our labor will be worth every blossom our garden produces.
When You Talk…what we say really does matter
Remember that old saying, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me?” It’s a lie. A big fat lie. Words are powerful. They can bring healing. They can bring destruction. God has transformed this area in my life and I can’t wait to share with you what I’ve learned. When we talk to our children, to our spouses, to our friends, to ourselves, what we say really does matter.
What’s Your Type?
Personalities…we all have them, but do we really understand them? A fun, practical time of learning how we’re wired and how to connect with others who may not be wired in the same way. What do our individual personalities bring to the Body of Christ? You may be surprised!
He Placed the Stars in Order
And God placed our children in their birth order, too! It’s not by chance that our children came to us in a certain order. What’s the difference between a first born and the “baby”? In this fun, interactive talk we’ll find out what birth order means to our children, in our parenting, and even in our marriages.
